With over two years of executive experience across Verizon’s Legal, Public Policy, and Regulatory affairs, she excels at uniting investors, policymakers, and civil rights organizations around shared social impact goals. Formerly Verizon’s SVP for Public Policy and Strategic Alliances, Donna brings deep regulatory expertise honed through high-level engagements with the White House, FCC, and global agencies, as well as private practice at Covington & Burling. Her distinguished board service includes the National Urban League—where she was named 2023 "Trustee of the Year"—alongside leadership roles with UnidosUS and the Center for Democracy and Technology. Donna holds a J.D. with distinction from Duke University and a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill.
