C. E. “Tee” Rowe is the President and CEO of America’s SBDC, leveraging decades of legislative and advocacy experience to champion the small business community. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Tulane University School of Law, his distinguished career includes serving as the Associate Administrator for Congressional and Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Previously, he spent ten years as Counsel to the U.S. House Committee on Small Business, where he was responsible for drafting the majority of the nation's major small business legislation.
